         A Winner on or since October 1st 2018 of any Point-to-Point race (Maiden races excepted) or of any Steeplechase or Hurdle Race under the Rules of any recognized               Racing Authority to carry 7lbs extra. Penalties are cumulative.

For each win on or since October 1st 2018 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) to carry 7lbs extra; for each win in a Men's, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point in this period to carry 5lbs extra; for each win in a Conditions Race at the same level or higher, (to include Confined, Club Association, Service or Society Point-to-Point races) to carry 3lbs extra.
